We understand that plans can change, and we aim to handle cancellations and refund requests fairly and transparently. By booking with Party Experiences Amsterdam, you agree to the terms outlined in this refund policy.

1. Cancellations by the Client

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.

Refund eligibility depends on the time of cancellation prior to the scheduled event.

Standard conditions:

More than 14 days before the event: 75% refund

7–14 days before the event: 50% refund

Less than 7 days before the event: No refund

Any exceptions are at our discretion and depend on the nature of the service booked.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are non-refundable due to the commitment of performers or external partners (e.g. venue reservations, entertainers, transportation). These will be clearly communicated during booking.
3. Cancellations by Party Experiences Amsterdam
In the rare case that we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, you will be offered:

A full refund, or
-
The option to reschedule the service without additional cost
4. Modifications Instead of Cancellations
In some cases, we may offer the option to reschedule or adjust your booking instead of cancelling, depending on availability and the type of service.
5. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking

Transaction or processing fees may be deducted when applicable
